I agree with the comment above -- that is a REALLY good deal.

A 2018 Mini has some advantages, in that:
- it's one of the last Macs to be able to run Intel Windows (if you need to).
- it's one of the last Macs to run 32 bit software.
- it may be able to run software that is impossible to run on an m-series Mac (as in, "not upgraded").

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS to ask:
Is there a firmware password set? (if so, DO NOT buy unless it's removed)
Are all "Apple connections" removed, such as iTunes, iCloud? (if not, DO NOT buy until they're removed).
